AGITO, a manufacturer and integrator of leading automation and material handling solutions, is proud to announce its latest collaboration with DHL Supply Chain (DSC) for the implementation of advanced crossbelt sorter systems at major transport hubs in Sydney and Melbourne.

DHL Supply Chain, the world’s largest provider of contract fulfilment services, continues to invest in sustainable infrastructure to meet growing demand across its carton network. This latest initiative will significantly boost throughput and operational efficiency at two of its key facilities, supporting long-term, scalable growth.

AGITO has been selected to deliver the full turnkey solution, including locally manufactured material handling equipment and Warehouse Control System (WCS) software. At the heart of the project is AGITO’s exclusive regional partnership with Fives, a global market leader in crossbelt sorter technology. Each site will deploy a system capable of processing 10,000 items per hour, leveraging cutting-edge sortation performance and modular design flexibility.

The Sydney and Melbourne projects are both in the implementation phase and are scheduled to go live in 2026.
